Auto-Debit Authorization Agreement

1. Agreement Confirmation
By purchasing a Hiddos subscription and clicking "Pay and Activate", you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Auto-Debit Authorization Agreement, and you agree to sign it electronically. This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, governs your use of subscription services.
2. Authorization
You authorize Hiddos and our payment service provider Antom to initiate charges from the payment method you bind or select when you activate a subscription, renew a subscription, or owe subscription fees.
Payment methods may include bank cards, e-wallets, account balances, or other payment tools supported by Antom. The available methods are shown on the payment page.
3. Amount and Billing Cycle
The charge amount, currency, plan, billing cycle, first charge time, and renewal rules are based on the information displayed on the order page, payment page, console subscription details, or plan description.
Before a subscription expires, the system may automatically renew it and charge your payment method according to the subscription cycle. If prices, plans, or billing rules change, we will notify you through the website, console, email, or other reasonable methods. Keeping the subscription after the change takes effect means you accept the new charging arrangement.
4. Payment Credential Storage
To complete auto-renewal and future charges, you agree that Antom or its partners may store necessary payment credentials or payment tokens under applicable rules. Hiddos does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment account authentication information.
5. Failed Charges
If a charge fails, we or Antom may retry the charge within a reasonable period or ask you to update your payment method. If failure is caused by insufficient balance, expired payment method, bank or wallet rejection, risk-control rejection, or similar reasons, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate the relevant subscription services.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel the subscription or turn off auto-renewal in the Hiddos console subscription management area. After cancellation, we will stop automatic charges for future periods. Charges already in process, current paid-period fees, or incurred resource costs are handled according to the Terms of Service, order description, and applicable refund rules.
To avoid the next billing-cycle charge, cancel before the current subscription period ends. The effective time is based on the console display or system processing result.
7. Refunds and Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly through the channels provided on the Hiddos website or console. If we verify a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or unauthorized charge, we will help refund, credit, or correct the bill based on the actual situation.
Unless required by law, stated in the order, or separately agreed in writing, services that have been activated, consumed, customized, billed by usage, or incurred resource costs are not guaranteed to be refundable.
8. Authorization Term
This authorization takes effect when you click "Pay and Activate" and complete subscription activation. It continues until you cancel the subscription, turn off auto-renewal, the payment method becomes invalid and is not updated, the subscription ends, or we terminate the relevant service.
9. Updates
We may update this Agreement due to payment service rules, product changes, compliance requirements, or risk-control needs. Material changes will be notified through the website, console, email, or other reasonable methods. Continued use of subscription services after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Agreement.
